We leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of an optimal client experience. Every member of the New City team is thoroughly educated and experienced in their specialty. They also participate in mandated quarterly training relevant to their area of expertise
and are knowledgeable in all of our proprietary benefits and employee management software.
Lead Employee Benefits Advisor
For years, Eric has helped New City’s clients unearth benefits plans tailored to their specific needs, so they can attract top talent and stay ahead of the competition in their industry. In his current role, he leads our business development as well as the design and delivery of our client experience. Working closely with our Client Services and Marketing & Support teams, he prioritizes innovation and client-focused, scalable solutions.

Jeff brings more than a decade of employee benefits and business management experience to New City, helping our operational and line-of-business teams deliver a first-rate experience for our clients and their employees. By building strong relationships with our clients and delivering value-added tech solutions, he drives our reputation for top customer service.
Head of Carrier Relations / Benefits Service Management
Rose brings her 7+ years of HR and benefits management experience to New City, where she oversees all our carrier and client relations. She is responsible for ensuring our team are adequately trained and familiar with up-to-date industry knowledge so they can consistently deliver a superior experience for all our clients.
Client Service Manager
Brendan has been with New City Since 2013, and today leads our client service team in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients in the healthcare sector. His focus on team collaboration allows our team to go above and beyond when handling client requests, ensuring they always have the tools, resources and knowledge they need to serve.
